Commitment of the Administration to Ethics and Conduct

We understand that an ethical culture requires daily commitment and dedication from everyone. By reflecting a set of principles and values in the Code of Ethics and Conduct, LIPOR ensures that its activities are guided by ethical and professional standards compatible with promoting quality and excellence in daily actions, reinforcing the organization’s identity and uniqueness. Therefore, it is only natural that LIPOR’s Administration identifies the theme of "Ethics and Integrity” as essential, especially as our Stakeholders also recognize ethics as a very important area. For LIPOR, it is one of the material themes aimed at achieving more effective management and a stricter accountability process.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors has approved the establishment of an Ethics Committee, with the primary objective of overseeing and monitoring the application of the principles outlined in the Code of Ethics. In these challenging times, it has never been more crucial to have a guiding document that holds the entire organization accountable, engaged, and committed to the foundational principles and core values that support our mission of "Building a Better World Every Day!”
