Role and Goals
- monitor the Organization's working areas to ensure compliance with the principles and requirements of the SA8000 standard;
- propose, discuss and assess measures to minimize and remedy situations that may give rise to non-compliances set forth by the SA8000 standard;
- collaborate in internal and external audits, providing information and encouraging networking with employees;
- prepare reports for Management with the results of the analysis for the performance that are carried out throughout the year;
- perform a regular Risk Analysis in order to establish and prioritize the most sensitive areas and the Social Responsibility operation areas. This analysis shall be carried out taking into account the consultation with the main stakeholders;
- hold regular meetings to critically analyze the Social Responsibility Management System and identify potential actions to strengthen the Standard's implementation.
