Because Diversity Takes Us Further: LIPOR Marks the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

During the week in which we celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, LIPOR honours the value of inclusion and reaffirms our commitment to the People Pillar, one of the central axes of our Sustainability Agenda.

The fundamental premises of our action—People, Planet, Prosperity, Partnerships, and Peace—guide how we engage with our Stakeholders and shape the building of a more sustainable, ethical, and human organisation.

Reflecting our commitment to valuing diversity and promoting inclusion, our team currently includes 11 people with disabilities who actively contribute across diverse areas to the development of the Organisation.

LIPOR is certified by SA 8000, one of the most recognised international standards in the field of social responsibility, representing a solid commitment to promoting equality and human rights, and building a more plural and human Organisation. We thus promote fair and safe working environments; equal opportunities and the fight against any form of discrimination; respect for human and labour rights; and ethics as a fundamental premise in relationships with employees, suppliers, and the community.

On this date, we renew our daily commitment to value each person, foster inclusive environments, and ensure that the Organisation continues to be an example of respect for diversity, social responsibility, and sustainability.
