Crestins Urban Garden Community in Action as Part of the "Horta à Porta" Project

In the municipality of Maia, the Crestins Urban Garden was the setting for an inspiring display of citizenship and cooperation. As part of the Horta à Porta project, promoted by LIPOR, the initiative brought gardeners together in a collective effort to enhance the shared areas of the space.

The participants didn’t limit themselves to cultivating their individual plots. Driven by a strong community spirit, they carried out cleaning actions along the paths and common areas, as well as small improvements in the surrounding area, reinforcing care for the environment and the well-being of all users.
