LIPOR honours its 2025 Intrapreneurs

Every year, LIPOR takes a moment to recognise those who help innovation happen within the organisation.

The LIPOR Intrapreneurs Awards have existed since 2017 and distinguish colleagues who, voluntarily and proactively, contribute to turning ideas into solutions and value for LIPOR.

The evaluation is based on COTEC’s Innovation Scoring criteria and considers contributions across different areas, such as the dissemination of initiatives, value creation, research and development, and the ability to act with initiative.

In 2025, the following colleagues were recognised as Intrapreneurs:

This year, the Intrapreneur Leader award was also presented to Telmo Machado, in recognition of the role he played in creating the conditions for innovation to flourish around him.

In the category Excellence in Innovation Support, the recognition was awarded to Márcia Cunha, for her availability and solution‑oriented approach, helping to make the path of several innovation projects simpler.

More than highlighting names, this moment serves to value contributions. Innovation does not happen only when there is a big idea: it also happens when someone participates, helps, unblocks, insists and moves things forward.
