LIPOR International activity– 1st Semester of 2025

LIPOR International – Global Waste Management is LIPOR’s international brand and strategic investment beyond borders. It operates through specialized technical consultancy, making available to international Clients the best professionals in the waste management sector. A highly qualified team that designs tailor-made solutions, capable of effectively addressing the challenges of urban waste management in different contexts.

So far, LIPOR has carried out 32 service assignments in 20 countries, consolidating a solid international track record. The results of the 1st semester of 2025 confirm the dynamism of this activity and the strengthening of its strategic relevance.

Currently, projects are underway in various regions – such as Barbados, Brazil, Cape Verde, and Spain – with new interventions already being prepared, further consolidating an increasingly broad and diversified international presence. At the same time, prospecting for new opportunities remains a priority: in the 1st semester of 2025 alone, several Proposals and Expressions of Interest were submitted, reinforcing the competitiveness and responsiveness of the international team.

Another key pillar is the integration into consortia and the establishment of new partnerships, both with national and international entities, a strategy that has been paving the way for impactful joint projects.

It is also worth highlighting that a significant share of LIPOR’s Skills Pool is engaged in international missions, actively contributing to sustainable solutions and to building a better world!

This business area is also a direct contributor to the Organization’s turnover.
