More than 1,600 goods reused on a day that Changed Everything

On 23 May 2026, we took another important step towards building Communities that are (even) more sustainable. What might have seemed like just another initiative became a true example of prevention and impact, showing that when we unite around a shared purpose, small actions can lead to major change.

In just one day, we achieved extraordinary results:

• 1,619 goods reused;
• 756.43 kg of waste avoided.

Each reused item meant less waste and a new opportunity to extend the life cycle of materials. These figures reflect a strong commitment to a more circular economy and reinforce the importance of reuse as a concrete response to environmental challenges.

This achievement was only possible thanks to the collaborative work of organisations that share our Lifestyle every day. United in encouraging more sustainable habits, LIPOR, Flea Market by Spot, EcoPorto, Recycle Geeks, Trashless and the Lipor Community Trainers made this day possible.

One of the highlights of the initiative was the Repair Café (toys, clothing and small appliances), which showed how repairing can be just as transformative as reusing. The session included:
