Participation in the 5th Polli.NET Annual Meeting reinforces LIPOR’s commitment to biodiversity and pollinator protection

LIPOR took part in the 5th Polli.NET Annual Meeting, a gathering that brought together specialists, researchers, companies and partner entities dedicated to pollinator conservation and the promotion of biodiversity.

The meeting aimed primarily to strengthen collaboration among the network’s members, encourage the sharing of scientific and technical knowledge and boost initiatives that contribute to the protection of pollinators, which are essential for ecosystem balance and biodiversity preservation.

As a Polli.NET member, LIPOR participates in this network within the scope of its biodiversity strategy, reaffirming its commitment to preserving natural capital and developing concrete actions to improve habitats and pollinator species.

During the meeting, LIPOR presented the main projects and initiatives developed over the past year, highlighting the work carried out in the conservation and promotion of pollinators, as well as awareness raising activities directed at the community, encouraging citizens and organisations to take part in protecting these important ecological agents.
