Review of LIPOR’s internationalization processes: impact on efficiency

DNI - International Business Division, as part of an internal strategic reflection to define its strategy for the short and medium term, is reviewing the mapping of its processes.

This work, which follows Kaizen philosophy and methodologies, aims to systematize processes in detail, with an impact on internal communication and articulation, and gains in efficiency and effectiveness.

This work came about when the 2025 and 2026 Activity Plan was being defined and is recognized by the team as being very important, both for defining the main guidelines and for aligning the team that makes the LIPOR Internationalization Strategy operational on a daily basis.
