LIPOR Intrapreneur Awards 2024

LIPOR once again celebrated the employees who stand out for their efforts in transforming ideas into innovation within the organization. The LIPOR Intrapreneur Awards, launched in 2017, are already an integral part of our culture, recognising colleagues who voluntarily and proactively contribute every day to building a more innovative and future-ready LIPOR.

The evaluation, based on COTEC's Innovation Scoring criteria, measures each employee's impact in areas as diverse as the dissemination of initiatives, value creation, research and development, and even the ability to act proactively.

This year, Intrapreneurs were recognized in three categories:

These recognitions were joined by the Leading Intrapreneur Award, presented to Hélder Filipe for encouraging his team to innovate, and the Excellence in Supporting Internal Innovation Award, given to Bruno Leite for facilitating the development of innovative projects behind the scenes.

Since the initiative's inception, more than 30 employees have received this distinction. Each edition reinforces the same commitment: valuing internal talent and investing in innovation as a driver of organizational development.
