LIPOR Brings the 4M Strategy to Expoval 2025

LIPOR was present at Expoval 2025 – Valongo Municipality Showcase. The event once again established itself as a benchmark in promoting the economic, cultural, and environmental resources of the municipality, fostering the connection between tradition, identity, and innovation.

LIPOR’s participation was part of the organization’s commitment to climate neutrality, bringing the 4M strategy to the event:

Less Carbon, for cleaner air;
More Biodiversity, promoting ecosystem balance;
Less Waste, focusing on circularity;
More Climate, reducing extreme weather events.

The results already achieved underscore the importance of this strategy: in 2024, LIPOR succeeded in reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 40.4% compared to 2006, which corresponds to more than 165,500 t of CO₂e avoided. By 2030, the goal is to reach a 50% reduction in emissions.

Through this participation, we invited the community to discover our Lifestyle, based on sustainable choices, making Expoval 2025 an opportunity to highlight the importance of biodiversity, environmental preservation, and collective action for a better World.
