LIPOR at the ISWA World Congress in Buenos Aires, Argentina

LIPOR was in Buenos Aires to take part in the ISWA World Congress on Waste Management, held from October 27 to 29.
This annual forum brings together global leaders to share and discuss trends in the waste management sector, showcase the latest innovations, and exchange success stories and lessons learned from projects and experiences taking place around the world.

LIPOR participated in the event Too Good to Waste, organized by the IDB – Inter-American Development Bank, a long-standing partner of excellence for LIPOR and a major reference in the LAC region – Latin America and the Caribbean, where LIPOR International develops and implements projects.

During this event, LIPOR presented regionalization as a solution to scale up sustainable waste management. LIPOR was showcased as a success story and a replicable model across the LAC region.
LIPOR also presented a poster entitled "Food Waste Valorization and Emissions Reduction: LIPOR’s Local Anaerobic Digestion Experience.”

These three days were highly productive, full of networking, prospecting, knowledge exchange, and the sharing of LIPOR’s experience and performance.

As a result of this important and meaningful participation, we will soon share more news about new future interactions between LIPOR and countries in the LAC region. Stay tuned!
