Celebrating LIPOR International’s 2025 achievements

March 24 marked the Annual Event of LIPOR’s international consultants – Global Waste Management!

Now in its 3rd edition, this event is both a moment to celebrate the achievements of the past year and an invitation to engage with future challenges. It is also a moment of recognition for the work of the consultants and a well-deserved acknowledgment of those dedicated to a greater cause: building a better world — a purpose that truly drives and fuels this exceptional TEAM.

Casa do Corim hosted the event, welcoming consultants for an afternoon of work that left no one indifferent.

Inspirational moments, testimonials, and shared experiences were at the core of a collaborative effort where different perspectives and visions come together to unlock the best of each part, each consultant, and each LIPOR International service delivery.

The overview… 14 years of activity exploring international markets, with 34 service assignments across 23 countries.

2026 will be a year of celebration, as LIPOR International marks 15 years of cross-border service, dedication to clients and partners, international communities, and leading global players in the sector.

The opening remarks were delivered by the Head of DNI – International Business Division, who highlighted the TOP 5 successes of 2025 and presented the TOP 5 challenges for 2026, along with the CEO, who shared his vision in an inspirational address.

The presence of Tiago Ferreira from Aliados, who shared his journey as an international consultant and his professional path, highlighting the main challenges and the boldness with which he faced them, was truly beyond expectations. It was a deeply moving, honest, and transparent testimony, addressing both the "rosy” moments of being a consultant and the more challenging ones. This honesty and pursuit of balance are essential for individual and professional success and have a lasting impact wherever a consultant works — across geographies, within local communities, and among teams.

A special highlight goes to the awarding of Certificates to the 37 LIPOR International consultants who were on international assignments in 2025, as well as the recognition of those who stood out that year: Abílio Almeida, Emanuel Monteiro, Henrique Silva, Vítor Pereira, Patrícia Carvalho, and Carlos Malta.

LIPOR International’s Consultant Pool includes more than 50 highly skilled professionals, available to join multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement international services and projects.
