Inter-American Development Bank delegation visits LIPOR

LIPOR prepares Technical Week for the IDB delegation.

As part of the completion of the contract formalised between LIPOR and the IDB – Inter-American Development Bank, this Technical Week represents the formal closing of this partnership.

Under this contract, LIPOR Internacional – Global Waste Management was responsible for providing support and conducting a peer review of the GIRS Rating tool developed by the IDB, which is strongly focused on statistical information related to waste management.

In addition to consolidating knowledge sharing and benchmarking activities, the Technical Week programme will provide participants with the opportunity to experience first-hand a high-performance European circular waste management model.

This occasion does not mark the end of the excellent relationship between LIPOR and this internationally recognised institution. Rather, it represents another milestone in a successful and enduring partnership between the two organisations.
