LIPOR Hosts Webinar on Industrial Symbiosis

As part of the IURC-LAC – International Urban and Regional Cooperation project between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean, LIPOR, as co-leader of the Community of Practice (CoP) Green and Just Transition, is promoting a series of webinars focused on green transition and sustainable industrial modernisation.

Between June and August, three sessions have already been held by regions participating in this Community of Practice — Chihuahua (Mexico), Hunedoara (Romania) and Valle del Cauca (Colombia), providing valuable opportunities for participants to share experiences, knowledge and good practices.

In September, it will be time to discover LIPOR’s experience in an Industrial Symbiosis project. The session will feature Diana Nicolau as a speaker, who will share LIPOR’s work in this field, highlighting the main challenges and opportunities associated with implementing industrial symbiosis solutions.
