Mobile Drop-off Sites: in the 1st half of 2022, citizens continued to adhere to Recycling in these facilities!

At the beginning of 2021, LIPOR and its Associated Municipalities create an innovative solution to facilitate the delivery of waste and materials whose destination is not the recycling bin.

At the end of the first half of 2022, the numbers and results of this project are quite positive, with 40.2 tons of waste already being sent to Recycling.

The Mobile Drop-off Sites were and are available to receive the following materials for recovery and/or treatment: CD's and DVD's, Small Electrical and Electronic Equipment, Packaging and Cans with product residues (varnish, paint, solvents, cleaning products), Led lamps and Fluorescent, Non-packaging paper (newspapers, magazines, books, and sheets), Batteries, Ink and Toners and Cork Stoppers.

In this second semester, Mobile Drop-off Sites continue touring and traveling through the eight municipalities in Lipor influence area. Citizens can find out about when and where the Mobile Drop-off Sites will be closest to them on the Lipor website and the respective municipalities.
