Comic Con is a candidate for LIPOR's Green Heart Certification

With 10 years of operation in the country, completed in 2024, Comic Con Portugal is a candidate for the Green Heart Certification, a recognition given by LIPOR to entities and events with proven waste management and sustainability good practices.

The event, which will take place between March 21st and 24th, promotes the Pop Culture industry and brings fans and the community closer to this universe. In partnership with Matosinhos City Council and LIPOR, the event's waste management process has received specialized technical support from the LIPOR team with the goal of achieving satisfactory levels of excellence related to sustainable practices.

In addition to specialized technical support and awareness raising carried out by LIPOR technicians, the institution's participation will also feature an instagrammable space dedicated to encouraging all event visitors to reflect on their role in recycling.
