LIPOR presents AAGE32 in a Smart Waste Portugal event on waste declassification

On March 20th, LIPOR participated in the event "Waste Declassification: Challenges and Opportunities”. Promoted by Smart Waste Portugal in partnership with its Associates, Abreu Advogados and CECOLAB, the event was held at the Abreu Advogados Auditorium, in Lisbon.

LIPOR's presence at the Round Table was based on the launch of its most recent product, which obtained the CE marking, the AAGE32 – Artificial Aggregate of Extensive Granulometry, for use in road sub-bases. The use of this product is a contribution to sustainable construction and to the change towards more circular business models.

The event had a clear objective on waste declassification mechanisms and its operationalization, its legal framework, difficulties and opportunities, as well as its importance in the context of the Circular Economy, with the participation of experts and representatives of the public sectors and private that stimulated an enriching debate on the topic.
