LIPOR was present at another edition of the Porto Camellias Exhibition

On the 2nd and 3rd of March, another edition of the Porto Camellias Exhibition was held at Parque de São Roque.

Porto once again promoted a large exhibition, with multiple species of different colors and shapes in Parque de São Roque. On the first weekend of March, the place hosted a set of activities designed for the whole family, where the camellias were the point of contact between the different music proposals, traveling entertainment, circus and workshops for the youngest.

Dozens of national and international producers were present at the 28th edition, a joint organization of Porto City Council and the Portuguese Camellias Association, with the usual participation of Lipor. This year we highlight the camellias from Casa do Corim.

In fact, the LIPOR installation had a strong historical nature, bringing several specimens of camellias that have accompanied the history and stories of Casa do Corim. The purpose of this representation was to bring to the exhibition a little of the brightness and beauty of its magnificent garden with century-old Camellias japonicas and traditional Portuguese tiles, which provides those who visit Casa do Corim with a pleasant feeling of peace, which is difficult to find in city life
