The selection of Target Markets was based on a set of pre-defined and clearly identified strategic prerequisites.

The revision of Target Markets happens every two years.

PALOP (Portuguese-Speaking African Countries) 
Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, S. Tomé and Príncipe (retirados e acrescentados países)

MAGHREB
Algeria, Tunisia, Israel, and Turkey

Latin America
Argentina and Brazil

Balkan Countries
Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia
