The Serralves Foundation, Lipor and its associated Municipalities promote the 10th edition of BioBlitz, aimed at the educational community, the general public and families.
BioBlitz is a reference pedagogical and scientific event in the field of education and awareness of Biodiversity, which showcases the fauna and flora of Serralves Park, through the exploration of scientific and artistic methodologies and with a contemporary narrative that integrates the Sustainability agenda, based on the aims of the Sustainable Development Goal of the 2030 Agenda, "Protect Life on Earth” and the United Nations Conference on Biodiversity COP16.
In 2024, the event will take place in person for the educational community in the week of April 15th to 19th and for families and the general public at the end of the week of April 20th and 21st.
A unique opportunity to learn about biodiversity through a diverse program at Serralves Park, an invitation for everyone to participate!
Educational establishments in Municipalities associated with LIPOR specifically in participating in the activities and whose participation depends on the availability of transport must contact the Municipality to validate this availability before registering with Serralves.
